Initiate Your Return

Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bulbs, hardware, and instructions are included to prevent damage.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
