What is the standard delivery timeframe for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For specialized or oversized designer fixtures, delivery may take up to 10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed or hardwired fixtures cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Are light bulbs included with my purchase?
Bulb inclusion varies by product. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page to see if bulbs are included or if they need to be purchased separately.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we recommend that all ceiling and wall-mounted fixtures be installed by a certified licensed electrician to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging to arrange a free replacement.
Are your products compatible with smart home systems?
